A screen cloth is a generic term for the most versatile and common of all screening mediums within the quarry industry. Subject to individual applications, woven wire screens are supplied in standard aperture sizes from 0.002 in. / 0.06 mm to 4.92 in. / 100 mm with various wire sizes and weaving patterns.

Typical aperture/weave combinations include square, long slot, double chute and triple chute, harp (Agavibe) and piano wire screens.
